When it came to replacing our old furnace (50+ years!) and adding A/C, we had a lot of questions. Neil Chell came prepared and took the time to show us many options in all price ranges. The day of the install, the two installers that came had their work cut out for them tearing out the old furnace. Even though it was a rainy, muddy day - they kept our basement clean and took all the old parts and mess with them. We always knew we'd save money replacing our old furnace, but I never realized how much! We have saved nearly $400 dollars annually on our gas bill and even our electric has gone down even though we ADDED air conditioning. We purchased a Carrier and we're very happy with the efficiency. We have an 80 year old home and before we had A/C, if it was 90 outside, it was 90 inside :).
